Due to work load reasons, Dustin Detherow has stepped down from the officership rotation. Thank you Dustin for your years of service to the club!
Due to this vacancy, we are welcoming two new officers.
Renato Sanchez joins the officer team for the 2021-2022 year as Secretary. He has worked in the pipeline industry since graduating from The University of Tulsa with a Masters in Mechanical Engineering in 1997. He has been with PL-Enerserv for 6 years in a variety of roles, and is currently the Vice President of Business Development. Renato has been a member of the Club for 8 years.
Jason Seneker joins the officer team for the 2021-2022 year as Treasurer. Jason holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, along with a Master of Business Administration degree from Oklahoma State University. He has 25 years of diverse experience in the mining, manufacturing, industrial, chemical, oil and gas, and aerospace industries.
In his current position, Jason provides business development management of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects at Ross Group. He is the current host of the popular PDH Power Hour Webinar Series for Professional Hours at Ross Group and is an active member of several industry groups. These include the Oklahoma Manufacturing Alliance (OMA), Natural Gas & Energy Association of Oklahoma (NGEAO), Pipe Liners Club of Tulsa and Oklahoma City, and Produced Water Society (PWS). He is an active participant in Sustainable Tulsa, Renewable Natural Gas Coalition (RNG), American Biogas Council (ABC), and the Ground Water Protection Council (GWPC).
We have three members filling open board seats per our club bylaws.
Matt Baker joins the board for the 2021-2023 term. Matt has been in our industry for 30 years. He started at Mapco, then to Willbros, and now with Williams. His current role at Williams is Manager of Engineering, Power & Automation. Prior to that, he was a Project Director and has been at Williams for 8.5 years. He has been a member of the club for 9 years, and his son Joshua Baker is a current and a past scholarship recipient.
Patrick Nwakoby joins the board for the 2021-2023 term. Patrick is the Supervisor of Engineering Services for Explorer Pipeline, and has been with the company for 20 years. He has been a member of our club since 2002- a 19 year club veteran! His five children are current and past scholarship recipients.
Both David Sowards and Sam Sansone continue on the board of directors for the 2021-2022 year. They have served on the board since 2019.
Susan Slattery is Vice President of Engineering Operations with TRC Companies, and Past President of the Pipe Liners Club of Tulsa (2020-2021). She will now serve on the Board of Directors for one year to complete her leadership rotation with the club.
