2024 FALL SCHOLARSHIP GOLF TOURNAMENT

The 2024 Fall Golf Tournament is just around the corner, Monday October 21st, at The Club at Indian Springs.

Grab your co-workers or a few of your clients for a great day of golf, food, fun, and prizes. The tournament will consist of a single 9:00am shotgun start (on both courses simultaneously). Lunch, trophies, and raffle ticket prize drawings will immediately follow the single flite of golf.

There are several great sponsorship opportunities! Some sponsorships are limited in quantity available so those will be handled on a first come, first served basis. Sign up today to lock yours in!

Entry deadline is Tuesday, October 15th, 2024. Entry fees include green fees, range balls, cart, and breakfast & lunch. When registering please indicate if you have a course preference, River or Lakes, and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request! This is not guaranteed.

PARTICIPANT ENTRY FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS: Single player - $285.00 Team of 4 - $1,050.00 Please fill in team member names while completing your online registration. Reminder, if you do not have all team member names when you are registering you will need to put TBD in the name fields. It will not allow you to complete your registration if you leave the name fields blank.

Golf clubs can be rented for $65.00. Make sure you choose the club rental option when registering. Also email Sean Kelley a week before the event to confirm your club rental. This just helps ensure that the golf club has enough rental sets on-hand.

COCKTAIL BAR SPONSOR - $ 1,250.00 (ONLY 1 EXCLUSIVE SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE) --- (HOT SPOT FOR NETWORKING!!!!!!) Recognition as the sole sponsor and provider of liquor and mixed drinks for the event at greatly reduced prices!! Sponsorship also includes company recognition on all printed materials and club social media.

HOLE SPONSOR - $ 150.00 Sign with company logo at tee box of hole (sign only).

DOOR PRIZE SPONSOR - $ 250.00 Acknowledgement during raffle and award's ceremony. If you choose this sponsorship the club will purchase $250.00 in raffle prizes for you. If you prefer you may purchase the raffle prizes and/or gift cards yourself and bring to the event. We will make certain that you and your company receive the appropriate acknowledgment for your donation during the raffle drawings.

ALL SPONSORS- due to the limitations of our special event liquor license you are allowed to hand out BEER ONLY. Please, NO wine or liquor. The Club's one-day special event license has limitations. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause any of you.
