Please join us in welcoming the new 2023-2024 incoming Officers and Board Members!

Matt Baker joins the officer team for the 2023-2024 year as Secretary. He fulfilled his board term and will step into the officership program. Matt is currently Manager of Project Planning at Williams, for the West Gathering & Processing area. Matt has been at Williams for 12 years and has over 30 years of industry experience, working previously for Willbros, UniversalPegasus, and Mapco in various engineering, project management, and construction roles. Matt has been a club member since 2011, and previously served as a member of the Board of Directors from 2021-2023. Matt and his wife Amy are Bixby residents and have two sons, Josh (23) and Jake (20).

Larry Turner joins the board for the 2023-2025 term. He has been in our industry 16 years. Larry grew up in Broken Arrow and attended the University of Oklahoma. He began his career in the Navy as a Nuclear Submarine Officer. Larry joined the industry when he returned to Tulsa in 2007. He has worked in several Engineering consulting roles. He has been with Magellan Midstream Partners for 7 years as a Project Manager in the Engineering and Construction. He has been a club member since 2007, and in addition to his niece currently receiving a scholarship has 2 daughters and a son who will hopefully be future recipients.

Tammie Jo Keizor continues her board term through 2024.

Jeff Puckett with J.D. Hair & Associates continues his board term through 2024.

Chris Hurst with Explorer Pipeline has agreed to extend his board term through 2025.

David Sowards is President of M1D1 and will assume the role of President of the Pipe Liners Club of Tulsa for the 2023-2024 year.

Renato Sanchez is Vice President of Business Development with PL-Enerserv and will assume the role of Vice President of the Pipe Liners Club of Tulsa for the 2023-2024 year.

Patrick Nwakoby is Supervisor of Engineering Services for Explorer Pipeline and will assume the role of Treasurer of the Pipe Liners Club of Tulsa for the 2023-2024 year.

Shawn Lowman is Director of Sales for Tulsa Rig Iron and Past President of the Pipe Liners Club of Tulsa (2022-2023). He will now serve on the Board of Directors for one year to complete his leadership rotation with the club.
