2024 Fall Sporting Clay Shoot

Register now for the upcoming 2024 Fall Sporting Clays Event, scheduled for Friday September 27 at the Tulsa Gun Club in Tulsa, Oklahoma! The event address is:

New for Fall 2024!! When you receive your registration confirmation email, hang on to it and keep it close by. There is a link provided in the confirmation email that will allow you to access your registration and add/delete/edit your shooter names and shell size. In the past if you did not have all of your shooter names while completing your registration most would enter in TBD or TBA as the shooter names. Once you received the names you would then email that info to us and we would input it for you. Now you can get back in and out of your team registration as many times as needed and update details. The morning flite always sells out quickly, please get online and register NOW to secure your team's spot. Leading up to several of our past shoots we have had a few people contact us and ask "what flite are we shooting in?" If you registered for the AM flite, or the PM flite, then that is the flite you will be shooting in. Unless you hear back from someone on the shoot team you are safe to assume that you are in your flite you chose. The new registration systems allows us to monitor the flite selection process much closer and we have had zero incidents or problems since going to the new system.

The schedule for the event is as follows:

  • 06:00 am- Gates open
  • 07:00 am- Breakfast served, registration, game & raffle sales begin
  • 08:45 am- Mandatory SAFERTY MEETING for AM shooters
  • 09:00 am- Morning/AM flite begins
  • 11:30 am- Lunch served
  • 12:30 pm- Raffle and gun prize drawings begin
  • 01:45 pm- Mandatory SAFERTY MEETING for PM shooters
  • 02:00 pm- Afternoon/PM flite begins

Individual registration costs are as follows:

  • Individual shooter- $275.00
  • 4-man team- $1,000.00 (includes cart, 100 shells per shooter, breakfast and lunch)

Available sponsorship levels are:

Gold Sponsor $1,750.00 (includes 4-person shooting team)

As a Gold Sponsor you will be acknowledged at the event several times throughout the day. Your company’s logo will be on the sponsorship banner, which will be prominently displayed in several locations at the event. You will also be listed in the club newsletter, on the club website, and be recognized in the Pipe Liners Club of Tulsa's annual member directory. You will automatically be a station sponsor with your company’s logo placed on a sign near a shooting station (1 station sign on each of the 3 courses). In addition, your sponsorship will include complimentary a 4-person shooting team, along with a special gift in recognition of your support of our event as a Gold Sponsor.

Silver Sponsor $875.00

As a Silver Sponsor you will be acknowledged at the event several times throughout the day. Your company’s logo will be on the sponsorship banner, which will be prominently displayed in several locations at the event. You will also be listed in the club newsletter, on the club website, and be recognized in the Pipe Liners Club of Tulsa's annual member directory. You will automatically be a station sponsor with your company’s logo placed on a sign near a shooting station (1 station sign on 1 of the 3 courses).

Bronze Sponsor $600.00

As a Bronze Sponsor you will be acknowledged at the event several times throughout the day. Your company’s logo will be on the sponsorship banner, which will be prominently displayed in several locations at the event. You will also be listed in the club newsletter, on the club website, and be recognized in the Pipe Liners Club of Tulsa's annual member directory.

Station Sponsor $125.00

As a Station Sponsor you will be listed in the Club Newsletter and the Pipe Liners Club of Tulsa annual member directory. A sign with your company’s logo will be placed near a shooting station (1 station sign on 1 of the 3 courses).
