2025 Spring Clay Shoot

Register now for the upcoming 2025 Spring Sporting Clays Event, scheduled for Friday March 28 at the Tulsa Gun Club in Tulsa, Oklahoma! The event address is:

When you receive your registration confirmation email, hang on to it and keep it close by. There is a link provided in the confirmation email that will allow you to access your registration later on to add/delete/edit your shooter names and shell size. The registration platform now will allow you to get back in and out of your team registration as many times as needed and update shooter details. While registering please keep in mind that the system does not like things left blank; if you do not have all shooter info when you register your team then please use TBD for shooter names and 12 for shell size. Do not leave shooter name or shell size blank or your registration will not go through. If you have any questions or problems with registration please contact Shawn Lowman.

You can complete your registration or secure your sponsorship with the online registration system; if you are interested in a gun sponsorship, please email Shawn Lowman at shawn@tulsarigiron.com.

The morning flite always sells out quickly, please get online and register NOW to secure your team's spot. If you registered for the AM flite, or the PM flite, then that is the flite you will be shooting in. Unless you hear back from someone on the shoot team you are safe to assume that you are in the flite you chose. If you do not select AM or PM flite the system will automatically default to the PM flite.

The schedule for the event is as follows:

  • 06:00 am- Gates open
  • 07:00 am- Breakfast served, registration, game & raffle sales begin
  • 08:45 am- Mandatory SAFERTY MEETING for AM shooters
  • 09:00 am- Morning/AM flite begins
  • 11:30 am- Lunch served
  • 12:30 pm- Raffle and gun prize drawings begin
  • 01:45 pm- Mandatory SAFERTY MEETING for PM shooters
  • 02:00 pm- Afternoon/PM flite begins

Individual registration costs are as follows:

  • Individual shooter- $275.00
  • 4-man team- $1,000.00 (includes cart, 100 shells per shooter, breakfast and lunch)

Available sponsorship levels are:

Gold Sponsor $1,750.00 (includes 4-person shooting team)

As a Gold Sponsor you will be acknowledged at the event several times throughout the day. Your company’s logo will be on the sponsorship banner, which will be prominently displayed in several locations at the event. You will also be listed in the club newsletter, on the club website, and be recognized in the Pipe Liners Club of Tulsa's annual member directory. You will automatically be a station sponsor with your company’s logo placed on a sign near a shooting station(s). In addition, your sponsorship will include complimentary a 4-person shooting team, along with a special gift in recognition of your support of our event as a Gold Sponsor.

Silver Sponsor $875.00

As a Silver Sponsor you will be acknowledged at the event several times throughout the day. Your company’s logo will be on the sponsorship banner, which will be prominently displayed in several locations at the event. You will also be listed in the club newsletter, on the club website, and be recognized in the Pipe Liners Club of Tulsa's annual member directory. You will automatically be a station sponsor with your company’s logo placed on a sign near a shooting station.

Bronze Sponsor $600.00

As a Bronze Sponsor you will be acknowledged at the event several times throughout the day. Your company’s logo will be on the sponsorship banner, which will be prominently displayed in several locations at the event. You will also be listed in the club newsletter, on the club website, and be recognized in the Pipe Liners Club of Tulsa's annual member directory.

Station Sponsor $125.00

As a Station Sponsor you will be listed in the Club Newsletter and the Pipe Liners Club of Tulsa annual member directory. A sign with your company’s logo will be placed near a shooting station (1 station sign on 1 of the 3 courses).
