Fall is coming, and that can only mean one thing...

It is almost time for the 2026 Pipe Liners Club of Tulsa Fall Scholarship Sporting Clay Shoot!

Join us on Friday, September 25th at the Tulsa Gun Club in Tulsa, Oklahoma for another great day of shooting, food, prizes, fellowship, and industry networking, all while supporting the Pipe Liners Club of Tulsa Scholarship Fund.

As the temperatures start to cool down and the leaves begin to change, we start thinking about fall colors, crisp mornings, clay targets flying, and the sound of shotguns echoing across the course.

It is FALL SHOOT TIME, and spots will fill up quickly. The morning flite is always in high demand, so register early to help secure your team’s preferred flite. We will make every effort possible to place teams in their requested flite.

The deadline for registration is Friday, September 18th, but please do not wait. Register now to help ensure your placement!

A quick note on pricing: we have made a slight pricing adjustment for this year’s Fall Shoot. It has been several years since our last increase, and unfortunately, like everything else, the cost of putting on this event continues to go up. We have worked to keep the increases reasonable while continuing to provide the kind of event our sponsors and shooters have come to expect.

• 6:00 am - Gates Open
• 7:00 am - Breakfast, Registration, and Game/Raffle Ticket Sales Begin
• 8:30 am - Mandatory Safety Meeting for the AM Flite
• 9:00 am - Morning Flite Begins
• 11:30 am - Lunch Served
• 12:30 pm - Raffle Prize Drawings Begin
• 1:30 pm - Mandatory Safety Meeting for the PM Flite
• 2:00 pm - Afternoon Flite Begins

👥 INDIVIDUAL AND TEAM REGISTRATION

Individual Shooter - $350.00
4-Man Team - $1,200.00

Both include cart, 100 shells per shooter, door prizes, awards, breakfast, and lunch.

GOLD SPONSOR - $2,000.00
Includes 1 complimentary 4-person shooting team

As a Gold Sponsor, your company will be acknowledged at the tournament and included on sponsorship signage prominently displayed in multiple locations at the event. Your company will also be listed in the club newsletter, on the website, and recognized in the Pipe Liners Club of Tulsa membership directory.

Gold Sponsors are automatically included as station sponsors, with your company’s logo placed on signage near a shooting station on all 3 courses. In addition, your company will receive complimentary tournament entry for a 4-person team, along with a gift in recognition of your contribution to the scholarship fund.
