THE SCHEDULE FOR THE EVENT IS:

10:00 am- Gates Open / Practice round begins 10:30 am- Registration and Game & Raffle Ticket Sales Begin
11:30 am- Lunch Served
1:00 pm- Tournament Begins 2:00 pm- Raffle Prize Drawings Begin (or at mid tournament)

INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION IS AS FOLLOWS:

Individual participant- $250.00 2-participant team- $400.00 64 teams/128 participant spots available

GOLD SPONSOR - $2,000.00 - 16 available Includes Cornhole Board and Bags Sponsorship and a 2 person team. As a Gold Sponsor you will be acknowledged at the tournament. Your company’s name will be on the sponsorship signage (large overhead banner,) which will be prominently displayed in multiple locations at the tournament. You will also be listed in the club newsletter, website and be recognized in the Pipe Liners Club of Tulsa email reminder blasts for this tournament.

CORNHOLE BOARD AND BAGS SPONSOR - $1,300.00 - 16 available. Includes logo on a set of official ACA Cornhole Boards(2) and official ACA Bags(8) that will be in play - Sponsors get to keep boards and bags at the conclusion of the event. BRING YOUR CORNHOLE BOARD AND BAGS SPONSOR - $800.00
