When does the club year begin?
The beginning of the fiscal club year is August 1st.
When are membership dues taken?
Membership dues can be paid online August 1st - May 31st of the current club year.
Can I join or renew membership at the monthly meeting?
In order to streamline our member data management, we have modified our member signup and renewal processes. We ask that all new membership requests and renewals be done online at the club website. Our site is configured to be mobile friendly, so online signup is easier than ever!
When do I have to have my contact information updated for it to be correct in the directory?
All contact information must be updated by May 31st to ensure accuracy in the membership directory, which is distributed every September.
How do I log in?
On the right side of the home page you will find the member login section that asks for your email and password.
What if I have forgotten my password?
On the right side of the home page below the member login is a yellow line that says "Forgot your password?" Click here and an email will be sent to you with a new password.
If I have received a new password from the forgot your password section how do I change my password?
Once you have entered the site with the password sent to you click update account. Here you can change your password.
How do I update my contact and company information?
First you have to login to your account using your old email and password. Once you are logged in that section will change and you will see a box "Update Account". Here you will be able to change company information, phone number, and email address. Once you change your email address this will be your new email to access your account. **Note- if you do not know your password and no longer have access to an outdated email address, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and your email address can be updated so a temporary password can be emailed to you.
How do I sign up for monthly meetings?
Step 1 - Log into member login (enter your email address and password). Please note that you must successfully logged in before Step 2 can work.
Step 2 - On the top of the webpage you will see "events" click there
Step 3 - Under Upcoming Events, select the meeting you are attending
Step 4 - Follow the step by step instructions to make reservation.
How do I sign up for special events?
We are in the process of converting manual registration to online. Instructions will be given with each events promotion to register for that particular one.
Scholarship Sponsor Questions:
How do I get credit for attending the required 6 meetings/events as a scholarship sponsor?
At each qualifying event the Secretary will have digital scanning registration. It is your responsibility to scan in at each qualifying event.
When are scholarship applications available?
Scholarship applications should be available online by the first meeting in January
When are scholarship applications due?
All scholarship applications must be postmarked by March 1st
When will checks be mailed to recipients?
Checks should be mailed no later than August 1st
