10th Annual Big Bass Classic Registration

Friday October 4th at Keystone Harbor Marina (by Black Beard Marine).- Prairie View Boar Ramp, 1955 Basin Rd, Mannford OK

The Big Bass Classic experienced substantial growth last year and we are doubling down for our 10th anniversary of this event. There will be more prizes, more food, and more competition for that coveted 1st place trophy and CASH. Grab a co-worker, a client, or a friend and come on out for a great day of food, fishing, and fun! This event is a "Rain or Shine" event, it is happening unless the weather is extreme.

No boat? No problem, there is plenty of shore line to fish from, as a matter of fact several of our big fish last year were caught from the bank and not from a boat. If you would like to fish from a boat but do not have access to one; contact Jimmy Crawford and the BBC team and let them know. They will see if they can find a spot for you in a boat that is not full.

Event Schedule-

• Safety Meeting- 7:15 am
• Tournament start- 7:30 am
• Tournament end- 1:30 pm
• Lunch & awards- 1:45 pm
• (NO limit on number of boats in tournament)

Title Sponsor - $2,500.00

As the Title Sponsor you will be acknowledged several times during the event. Your company’s name/logo will be on the sponsorship board, which will be prominently displayed at the tournament. You will also be listed in the club newsletter, website, and be recognized in the Pipe Liners Club of Tulsa annual membership directory. In addition, your company will receive a complimentary tournament entry for two (2), 3-person teams, along with a plaque in recognition of your contribution to the scholarship fund.

Gold Sponsor - $1,500.00

As a Gold Sponsor you will be acknowledged at the tournament. Your company’s name/logo will be on the sponsorship board, which will be prominently displayed at the tournament. You will also be listed in the club newsletter, website, and be recognized in the Pipe Liners Club of Tulsa membership directory. In addition, your company will receive a complimentary tournament entry for a 3-person team, along with a plaque in recognition of your contribution to the scholarship fund.

Silver Sponsor - $1,000.00

As a Silver Sponsor you will be acknowledged at the tournament during the awards ceremony. Your company’s name/logo will be on the sponsorship board, which will be prominently displayed at the tournament. You will be listed in the club newsletter, website and the next Pipe Liners Club of Tulsa membership directory. In addition, your company will receive a complimentary tournament entry for a 1-person.

Individual Entry- $125.00

As a registered participant you will be entitled to compete in the tournament. Breakfast, lunch, and an event t-shirt (please notate your shirt size when registering and you must register no later than September 10th for shirt to arrive the day of the event) are all included in your entry fee. We encourage our guests to bring their boat but if you do not have one, you can fish from shore or potentially fish with another participant in their boat if room is available. New this year, for young adults' 12-18 years old it is only $50.00 to register, and kids under 11 years old are free as long as they are accompanied by a registered participant over the age of 18 years old. We have also added a High School Team of two (2) fishermen that is only $125 to register.

It is each participants' responsibility to ensure that they have the required Oklahoma fishing license, if you do not already have one. An annual license is $55.00 and a 6-day license is $35.00. You can purchase them online or at retailers such as Bass Pro Shops and other fishing and hunting retailers.

Please ensure you are logged in to your account before attempting to register! The registration deadline is September 27th; HOWEVER you must register no later than September 10th to receive your t-shirt the day of the event!!!! Don't forget to include your shirt size.
